oakland bound: this program is the exact program that i designed for one of our nfl player before he went off to camp in oakland. our goal that offseason: gain 30lbs and get insane leg strength (check & check.) 

GET JackeD: Our get jacked program is designed to get your as freaking jacked as humanly possible.  This program is based on many different methods, all angled to get you jacked.

Summer Beach Body: based on what we like to call "the tool bag" exercises, this program is designed to get you mentally and physically ready for summer.  It will incorporate exercises from all different areas to get you in the best, most ripped shape possible.

superhero: SPIDERMAN: This program is designed to get your body as close as possible to that of the superheros you see on the big screen. during this program you will perform an array of exercises in many different methods.  Sorry... this program will not give you superpowers. This is the prequel for Captain america!

 
 

Trap'd out: This program is designed to get you the biggest shoulders and traps possible.  If you don't grow on this program, then it just ain't happening my friend.  

 

The raw 5x5: This program is based on raw lifts such as the deadlift, bench and squat and with the old school 5x5 method. after each lift during this program, you should be covered in sweat and chalk dust.
