Level: Beginner-Intermediate Time: 30-45 minutes   Length: 60 Days   

The BEginner: This program is designed for the ultimate beginner. The exercise in this program start slow and over-time progress as you become more accustomed to lifting weights. 

Level: Beginner-Intermediate Time: 30-45 minutes   Length: 60 Day

The Novice+: This program is a carry over from The true beginner, however, if you are new to the weight room or just getting your feet wet again this program is great for you as well.  It is designed as either a 2 day or 3 day program, whatever fits your schedule best.

 

Level: Beginner-Advanced Time: 20 minutes   Length: Any

Travel Program: THis program is great for anyone in a hurry or just pressed with time.  It requires minimal equipment and utilizes basic movements.  This is also a great program for any beginner. 

 
 

Enter the bar: This program starts implementing barbell exercises into the program.  This is not for beginners.  This program is for novice lifters or those who have completed the beginner program.
