The Starting Line: this is for the majority of our members. These programs are designed for those who are just getting started into weight lifting or have taken a break and wanting to get back into it. 


Females: This area is specifically designed for females.  don't buy into the mainstream media by doing 50 reps of ridiculous exercises to "burn fat."  Try these programs like our "Sweating for the wedding" and "Beach Bod" to get in the best shape ever.


INstructional Video Section: THis section includes instructional videos of many of the top exercises.  I walk you through how to perform the exercise and some key points to keep in mind as you perform the movement during your workout. 


A good solid warm-up is key to a great workout and new prs!  After each workout and on your off days, perform our foam rolling 101 for increased mobility and reduced soreness and pain.

Gym rats: these programs are designed for those wanting to get flat our jacked and as strong and big as possible.  This is not for beginners. This is designed for those who have trained for 2+ years.


The Former athlete: athletes are powerful, strong and in great shape (with low body fat.)  When was the last time you saw an overweight basketball player on tv? rarely if ever! Train like an athlete.


Short on time: Just as it sounds, this section includes programs that are no more than 30 minutes long, most of the time 15-20 minutes.  Whether you are traveling, just too busy to hit the gym or stressed out over exams or work, this section is for you.l 


conditioning is overlooked by so many.  It is vital if you are wanting to get in the best shape of your life!  Don't just jump on a treadmill or elliptical and bore yourself to death for 20 minutes.  Use these and get the body you have been wanting in as little as 4 minutes per workout.
