Who is ABF Training?
Since opening ABF in 2010, we have had over 225 of our athletes commit to play college sports and over 90 All-State selections. During that time, our athletes have also won 15 high school state championships and 5 State Runner-Up Titles.
At ABF, we train the athletes as individuals. No cookie cutter programs here. When an athlete first begins at ABF, they will be assessed for the first 1-3 weeks. After that assessment, we design a program that is catered to that one individual athlete. In sports, you can't excel or be your best if you are only good in one area. You must have speed, power, mobility, agility, strength and flexibility. At ABF, we design our programs to hit every category. We build our athletes from the ground up, focusing on basic movements, core and uni-lateral strength. As they progress, their program progresses as well, allowing them to continue building and becoming the best athlete they can be. This is the same programming that ABF used to help produce Super Bowl Champions, Division-I All Americans and Team USA Members.
